Information we collect

Account information: When you create an account, we may collect your email address and authentication identifiers.

Subscription status: We store your subscription status so we can unlock paid features.

App usage data (limited): We may collect basic diagnostics (e.g., crash logs) to keep the app stable.

Information we do not collect

• We do not store your password (authentication providers securely hash credentials).
• We do not record or store microphone audio.
• We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

How we use information

• Provide and maintain ZenCards (login, syncing, subscriptions).
• Improve reliability and performance (bug fixes, diagnostics).
• Communicate essential account messages (verification, password reset, billing notices).

Voice & microphone

If you enable hands-free mode, ZenCards may request microphone permission to detect your voice commands. We do not record conversations and we do not store audio data.

Payments

Subscriptions purchased through Apple are processed by Apple and Stripe. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

Data retention

We keep account data as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You can request deletion by contacting us.

Sharing

We may share information only when needed to operate the service (e.g., hosting, authentication, analytics/crash reporting), or when required by law. We do not share personal data for advertising.

Your choices

• You can request account deletion by emailing us.
• You can control microphone permission in iOS Settings at any time.
• You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings.
